Shipping & Return Policy

Please allow up 2-3 days for items to process and up to 4 to 5 days  shipping and delivery after processing. A tracking number will be sent to you when package/es are shipped  off. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE AT THE DESCRETION OF THE SELLERS AT GLAMOUR SETTERS

RETURN FOR DAMAGE ITEMS: Return request for items that was sent damage must be notified in writing within 1 days of receipt of goods. (Please note that all merchandise are thoroughly check for damages and miss-stitch before shipping) Submit a damage request in writing along with photos of the damaged item/s. We need one photos of each damaged item(s) SEND :REGGAE339@AOL.COM.  Once approved you will be contacted with instructions on how to return the defective products.  Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 5 days of when the return is approved.

VERY IMPORTANT: All other normal returns must be sent back in originally packaging and conditions to receive full STORE credit ONLY. Any loose or broken merchandise cannot be returned and will be considered final sale. Returns may be subjected to 15% restocking fee. please email us at Reggae339@aol.com if you have any questions regarding return items.

PLEASE NOTE: Any authorized returns other than damaged products are subjected to STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.  No shipping cost will be refunded. No Returns or Exchange on Sale items.  

 

We only pay for shipping on returns or exchanges when we wrongfully shipped items not matching your order. If we shippped the wrong item please notify us within 1 days of receipt of goods.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

For items lost during transit we must first start a tracer with our shipping company. This can take up to 8 business days to process. We must wait until the trace is complete before reshipping your order .  If the item is not available for replacement we can then issue you store credit or a refund for the lost item once the tracer is complete.
